What to expect
New patients should arrive a few minutes early with a photo ID, insurance card, and a list of current medications. Established patients should bring their insurance card and an updated medication list.
Visits may include a review of your history, vital signs, exam, lab orders when needed, and a clear plan before you leave.
How to prepare
- Complete new-patient or update forms before you arrive when possible.
- Bring bottles or a written list of prescriptions, over-the-counter medicines, and supplements.
- Note questions you want answered during the visit.
- If your plan requires a referral, have that arranged before the appointment.
